New listings abound as inventory continues to increase across the valley. With interest rates trending down and even more for buyers to choose from, expect a traditionally active spring to be busy. Pricing remains a critical part of our discussion with home sellers looking to make a move as the overall market’s appreciation has slowed from the harried state of the pandemic years. That said, home prices are solid and still trending higher, but it takes a depth of knowledge and insight into the market to arrive at an asking price that both garners attention from buyers AND maximizes a seller’s price.
